The Psychology of Harry Potter -
Perennials Podcast Live Show!
Friday, October 25, 7 - 9 p.m. in Madison, NJ
Join Perennials Podcast host Victoria Russell and Dr. Jill Cermele, professor of Psychology at Drew University, for a conversation about "The Psychology of Harry Potter" at Short Stories Bookshop & Community Hub on Friday, October 25, 7-9 p.m.
At its heart, the Harry Potter series is a coming-of-age story. The characters wrestle with forming and exploring their identities, struggle with doing good vs. evil, and exist in a world full of prejudice and power structures.
What can we learn about our own identities, relationships and society from a children's book series set in a fantastical world of witchcraft and wizardy?
Find out at Short Stories on October 25!
This event is free and open to the public! Seating is first come, first served.
You can RSVP and stay tuned for info about a post-show meet-up on Facebook.
